Way Forward:

  • Students will suffer a great deal as a result of mounting pressure on them to perform better; it is our collective duty to come together and resolve this problem as soon as possible.
  • We should not leave our children to deal with this on their own. Since they are more vulnerable to this disease, it is necessary to speak with them about it.
  • Government schemes such as the Ayushman Bharat Yojana can cover this disease as well.
  • It is imperative that family members communicate with one another.
  • Once the problem has been identified, the doctors should be consulted.
  • Psychiatrists should be encouraged to see patients for counseling.
  • Special attention should be given by the government. on to the spread of negative news and fake news on the social media it is one of the main cause and serious cause for the rising graph of people with mental illness
